TTE Engineering’s ESCO managed to upturn the energy efficiency of the United Foods facility located in Jafza by 15% on annual savings, by retrofitting their warehouse and offices with energy efficient lights. The team retrofitted all the conventional lights including high bays and flood lights with energy efficient LEDs as well as DX units, ventilation systems and the water pumps, which added to increase energy consumption. TTE skillfully re-distributed the load and completed the project without interrupting the operations of the facility. A proper performance evaluation of the lighting system was conducted in order to optimize units that were the main cause of high energy costs.
