Consistent energy savings for DAIMLER-ME became a possibility, as TTE ESCO stepped in to optimize its Warehouse facility located in Jafza, Dubai. Daimler’s energy bills showed unreasonably high energy consumptions and unusual operational practices. The measure to this from TTE, was to replace entirely all conventional lights to LEDs, which was found to be the major energy consuming system in the warehouse. This resulted in annual energy avoidance of 550 MWh, an annual cost avoidance of 10,000 AED, annual savings of ~75% and an annual carbon reduction of 246 tons of CO2.
