As part of our continued focus on employee wellbeing, TTE Facilities Management recently conducted a Health and Wellness Workshop for our female frontline staff. The session covered important topics such as physical health, mental wellbeing, self-care, healthy boundaries, menstrual health awareness, and personal safety. By addressing these subjects with care and clarity, the initiative aimed to empower our staff with knowledge, confidence and practical guidance.

Speaking at the FM Leaders’ Conference recently, Marc Daly CXO, MCIPS, CPPM, CPP, Vice President, TTE Facilities Management, highlighted a practical industry challenge, which is, when technology is added without rethinking workflows, it can create more complexity instead of better control.
