TTE Facilities Management Launches Skill Development Center

With the growth and transformation of TTE Facilities Management, we have launched our state-of-the-art Skill Development Center to enable us to deliver world-class training in Hard & Soft Services. The center focuses on three key areas: Skilling, Reskilling, and New Skills in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, and Behavioral skills. It is equipped with practical tools, exhibits, and AV resources to provide both theoretical and practical knowledge to 1300+ blue-collar employees.

Recently, Group CEO Easa Al Gurg, along with Tanveer Ahmed Shabandri, CEO ECIG, Dilip Sharma, EVP, and Marc Daly, VP visited the center, where he commended TTE FM’s dedication to upskilling employees and encouraged the team to continually enhance operational excellence and service standards.

TTE Facilities Management has been a supplier/service provider for Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) for over 10 years and we received an award at the recent DEWA Suppliers Awarding Ceremony. This prestigious award is a testament to the strong engineering-led facilities management that TTE FM delivers to DEWA and other leading utility organizations across the UAE.

TTE Facilities Management were recently involved in the supply and installation of VRF air conditioning for the British American Tobacco Company (BAT) warehouse located at Jafza, Dubai Free Zone. BAT has been a long standing agent with Al Gurg Tobacco under the ESAG banner for over five decades. A total of four systems comprising of seven ODU and 14 IDU with a capacity of 126 HP were supplied and installed on-site, inclusive of refrigerant piping, ducts, air and jet diffusers, as well as isolators and thermostats. Post installation, TTE FM’s team of engineers also tested and commissioned the units to ensure smooth operation.
