TTE Strategy Conclave 2026

TTE’s senior leadership and management team convened at the TTE Strategy Conclave 2026 to review performance, align priorities, and set direction for the future. Held annually, the conclave provides a platform for reflection, strategic dialogue, and long-term planning. Led by Dilip Sharma, Executive Vice President, the event marked the unveiling of TTE’s Vision 2030, with each business unit presenting its action plans for 2026 and beyond. The day featured key presentations from Rahul Kalra (Engineering & Construction), Marc Daly CXO, MCIPS, CPPM, CPP (Facilities Management), and Roshan Samuel (Products & Solutions) where each leader highlighted market insights and strategic opportunities. Functional leaders from QHSE, HR, Procurement, and Marketing reinforced alignment across critical areas. The conclave also celebrated high achievers across all divisions and functions.
