TTE Facilities Management was recognized by the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) for its role in nurturing young Emirati talent. In collaboration with HCT, TTE co-designed a tailored Apprenticeship Program aligned with the UAE’s Emiratization strategy. The program provided 432+ hours of structured learning and hands-on training in pumps, compressors, CAD drafting, material science, and technical documentation, helping bridge the gap between academic learning and industry readiness.
