TTE Strategy Conclave 2024

TTE held its Strategy Conclave 2024 recently, an annual platform to highlight accomplishments of 2023 while sharing the strategic plan for the upcoming year. Group CEO Easa Al Gurg addressed the gathering and appreciated the collective efforts of the team. Held at a scenic seaside location in Ajman, the event was attended by Vamshi Patwari – Group HCD, Tanveer Shabandri – ECIG CEO, Dilip Sharma – Executive Vice President and key members of TTE. Each entity of TTE shared its goals for 2024 and insights from the present year.

The day of interactive discussions and presentations ended with fun outdoor team activities and some reflective meditation and breathing exercises. It was a fun day for all and the perfect way to strengthen team spirit and build anticipation as we reimagine the future together.

TTE at COP28

Johnson Controls organized their COP28 kick-off meeting last week at the Museum of the Future. Apart from a tour of the museum there was an interactive panel discussion on Cracking the code – Decarbonizing the built environment. Currently ongoing, COP28 is the pivotal event shaping the future of global environmental initiatives that aim to have a lasting impact on climate action.

TTE works closely with partner Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning to offer sustainable solutions for HVAC that increase productivity while reducing energy costs and carbon footprint. Executive Vice President, Dilip Sharma was part of this event and had the opportunity to interact with Ahmed Aqel, General Manager – Johnson Controls Hitachi MEA, as well as other industry experts.
