TTE FM conducts workshop for NBF

TTE Facilities Management (FM) conducted an informative workshop exclusively for clients from the National Bank of Fujairah to give an understanding of international FM standards for maintenance and soft services. The session focused on TTE FM’s customized management system which has a dashboard that gives real-time insights, a list of services rendered and also the condition of assets, leading to complete transparency. The aim of the workshop was to showcase how advanced tools and strategies can enhance efficiency and elevate FM practices ultimately benefiting the client.

TTE’s successfully completed the EPC Contract for a 1403 sq. mtrs semi-permanent EMPOWER District Cooling System in Dubai in a record time of 120 days. This included all related activities from the design and construction of the foundation for a water-cooled chiller with a capacity of 1220 TR, to the makeup and blowdown water tanks foundation, the DEWA equipment foundation, the private transformer foundation, and the RMU foundation. In addition, the supply and installation of precast boundary walls for the entire plot was also done.

TTE undertook all the MEP-related work as well, which includes the installation of a water-cooled chiller, the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of chilled water pipe, CCTV systems, and firefighting systems.
