TTE FM conducts workshop for NBF

TTE Facilities Management (FM) conducted an informative workshop exclusively for clients from the National Bank of Fujairah to give an understanding of international FM standards for maintenance and soft services. The session focused on TTE FM’s customized management system which has a dashboard that gives real-time insights, a list of services rendered and also the condition of assets, leading to complete transparency. The aim of the workshop was to showcase how advanced tools and strategies can enhance efficiency and elevate FM practices ultimately benefiting the client.

TTE engineering recently completed and handed over SEWA’s pilot project for the Al Jazeera Tower located in Sharjah for Water Meter Digitalization. The project demanded design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a total of 229 sub-meter water meters and one bulk meter for the G+P3+16+Roof residential building. Apart from these, water supply pipes and accessories, wiring and looping between all floors, as well as the supply and installation of enclosures for Mbus Master with M2M Router and SD card was provided by the team. The planned duration for project completion was four weeks, however, with efficient planning and coordination the team was able to complete and handover the project within 15 days.
