Part of ESAG Real Estate, Al Gurg Tower 3 is a 50,000 sq. mts. high-quality, mixed-use development on the Dubai Creek, where Dubai’s futuristic skyscrapers contrast with the traditional wooden dhows moored at the wharf. The elegant glass office tower is curved in plan to maximize the panoramic views across the creek and provides 18 floors of prime office space. The residential building’s facade is a dynamic mix of solids and openings which compliments the office tower next to it. TTE MEP was responsible for full-scale MEP works at Al Gurg Tower 3.
